Ingredients (for 4 pieces)

Semolina (Sooji)100 gm
Yogurt100 gm
Big Chopped Onion1
Green Capsicum1/2
Bell Pepper1/2
Salt/Red Chilli/Oregano/Italian HerbsAs per taste
Oil/Ghee3-4 tbsp

Steps


  • Whisk fine semolina and yogurt in equal amount. Make sure batter stays thick (we need to make it stick to breads)
  • Add chopped onion, capsicum and bell pepper in same mixture and mix it. You can add other vegetables as well i.e. grated carrots/broccoli.
  • Also add salt, oregano and italian herbs are per your taste and mix it. Make sure batter stays thick. Your batter should be ready now.
  • Next, heat the oil in pan for 1-2 minutes on medium flame. In mean time, spread the semolina batter on one side of breads (even at corners).
  • Now, place the coated breads in heated pan one by one and cook both sides well till it is crisp.
  • Take bread out, cut in two pieces and garnish it with your choice of sauce/dip and salad.
